About the Role


Impact you will make


As a Market Research Analyst Trainee focused on RPA (Robotic Process Automation), you will enhance our ability to deliver outstanding support and materials that enable our customers and sales teams to understand and effectively use our products. Your efforts will ensure that key stakeholders have the knowledge and tools needed to optimize their use of RPA, ultimately improving operational efficiencies and driving adoption.



What you will do



  • Create and update process documentation to ensure all product functionalities are clearly described and easy to understand.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of marketing collateral to accurately convey the benefits and features of our RPA solutions.
  • Participate in sales pipeline reviews to gain insights into customer needs and feedback, which will inform future product support strategies.
  • Help evaluate and adjust pricing strategies based on market research and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, gather competitor intelligence, and understand industry benchmarks that impact our product positioning.
  • Travel required: minimal, limited to a 4-day in-person orientation at FinThrive headquarters in Plano, TX.
