About the Position: George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School invites applications from faculty who are tenured at other universities for lateral faculty positions to begin August 2026. Tenured positions will need to follow normal tenured faculty hiring processes at the Law School and the University. Applicants should have a record of outstanding achievement in legal scholarship and teaching, and outstanding contributions to a law school's intellectual and scholarly community.
