Join Staffmark and UPS Mail Innovations in Tolleson, AZ as a Part-Time Mail Sorter! Looking for a flexible, entry-level role to boost your income this holiday season? Staffmark is partnering with UPS Mail Innovations to hire part-time Mail Sorters to support increased holiday operations.

Pay: $18.50/hour

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Start Time: Varies between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM

Shift Length: Up to 6 hours per day, depending on mail volume

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Sorting mail by class and coding it for final packaging
  • Placing sorted mail into boxes or pallet containers (Gaylords) for shipment
  • Loading mail onto air freight or truck transport by destination
  • Organizing mail by ZIP code according to USPS guidelines
  • Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
