Molding Machine Operator

Shift Details: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift (rotating schedule)

Pay: $14.00 - $14.75 per hour

As a Molding Machine Operator, you'll handle valuable equipment and machinery, meet production goals, and set up necessary machines to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain production and scrap logs, and follow process routing
• Meet efficiency standards and ensure accurate counting and packaging at the machine
• Sort, trim, and package parts; ensure quality standards-no short shots, flash, contamination, or incomplete parts
• Keep work area clean daily: empty trash, clean tubs and equipment, sweep, mop, and wipe down surfaces
• Stand and walk for entire shifts and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Operate machines safely, demonstrate good vision, and communicate clearly in English
• Perform basic math functions accurately

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required
