JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated, competent and compassionate individual to join our clinical research team. An ideal candidate is someone interested in improving the health of underserved individuals, including those impacted by incarceration, HIV and substance use. They would support our research projects by assisting with recruitment, enrollment and study visits, including partnering with community-based organizations in Dallas. This individual would work closely with our team of research coordinators, patient navigators and the principal investigator.

JOB DUTIES
- Recruit and screen participant for multiple research projects; recruitment may take place on or off campus or via telephone.
- Schedule appointments, obtain consent forms, explain study to participant and collect data.
- Interview participants for assigned research projects; interviews may be in person, in clinical setting, subject's residence or by telephone.
- Travel to recruitment sites as needed.
- Perform a variety of research duties such as library reference materials search for necessary project information.
- Perform medical records abstractions, data coding and data entry.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
