What our Community Outreach Activation Specialist Enjoy Most About the Role Enhancing the customer experience through effective service activation. Guiding customers in mobile and internet setup using various tools. Upselling additional products by maximizing customer opportunities. Staying informed on Spectrum products and managing escalations. Meeting performance targets and sharing best practices with the team. Working Conditions Normal office environment with flexible work schedule.
