Job Summary Join our Personal Lines team as a Rating Configuration Specialist, where you'll help shape the future of insurance pricing by translating business strategies into rating algorithms and rules. This role is perfect for someone with a sharp analytical mind, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for precision-ideal for those who enjoy working across teams to bring clarity and accuracy to complex systems. Work Location This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend, Appleton, or Madison. The internal deadline to apply is 8/11/2025. External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open. Configure and maintain rating structures for Personal Lines products, ensuring system logic reflects current business strategies.
