About the role The Renovations Work Order Manger (WOM) is responsible for overseeing work order management and compliance for the Renovations team. This role ensures accurate and complete data entry in Yardi, monitors work order performance and applies Work Gatekeeper Framework controls to prevent unauthorized actions. The WOM provides leadership, training, and oversight for assigned Customer Coordinator Liaison while working closely with Director Construction Accounting (DCA), Project Analyst (PA), Project Coordinators (PC), Project Managers (PM), and Superintendents to maintain operational excellence. This is a remote position.
Typical Physical Demands: Work is performed in a temporary office and construction site environment. Exterior work may include working inclement weather conditions. Physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, ladders, long periods of walking in a large multifamily community. Employee will occasionally be required to lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
