What We're Looking For As the Resilience Manager of Business Continuity Management, you will focus on the execution of the annual business continuity lifecycle. In addition this role will serve as business continuity program system administrator, implementing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining the software tools supporting the business continuity management program. This role will be responsible for working with the senior director of business continuity and director of business continuity to carry out enterprise business continuity planning and system administration activities, in addition to supporting program training and crisis response program activities. This role will focus on maintaining a collaborative environment, maintaining methodologies for software tool management and program training, while keeping pace with industry best practices. What You Will Do Provide support and execute strategic initiatives for the business continuity program. Coordinate with the business and leadership on executing the annual business continuity lifecycle including BIA, BC Planning, Exercising, and leader certifications. Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and maintain a risk register, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are continuously improved. Conduct annual BC Planning and ensure business area maintain their plans during material changes. Develop, maintain, and deliver necessary enterprise business continuity training and awareness along with role specific training and awareness. Implement, develop, maintain, and enhance software tools related to the business continuity program. Ensure regulatory compliance by aligning the resiliency program with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOX. Participate in the crisis management and response process during crisis events. Conduct third-party business continuity program audits as required. Manage and assess business continuity planning for quality assurance and quality control. Participate in the crisis management and response process during crisis events. What You Need to Succeed 7+ years of experience leading enterprise resiliency, business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management programs in a Fortune 100 company or highly regulated industry. History of software tool management, system implementation and tool administration. Proven track record in Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery (DR). Extensive experience partnering with Technology, Cybersecurity, and ERM teams to integrate risk and resiliency strategies. Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements, including ISO 22301, NIST , HIPAA, HITRUST, SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001. Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional risk and resiliency programs. Expert knowledge of enterprise risk management (ERM), business continuity (BC), and disaster recovery (DR) best practices. Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with the ability to align resilience initiatives with corporate priorities. Proven ability to mentor, develop, and lead high-performing teams. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience reporting to Boards and Executive Committees. Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering a culture of preparedness and resilience. Strong problem-solving skills with experience driving risk remediation efforts. What Helps You Stand Out Experience in healthcare, financial services, or critical infrastructure resiliency programs. In-depth knowledge of cloud resilience and disaster recovery strategies for AWS, Azure, and SaaS-based platforms. Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and enterprise risk tracking platforms. The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job.
