POSITION SUMMARY:

To reinforce the Supply Chain team, we are currently looking for a Sr Specialist Inter-Market Supply Planning. Reporting to the Manager Demand & Supply Planning, your main responsibilities will be to ensure the highest finished goods availability to our customers and consumers (right quantity, right place, right time, right freshness) whilst optimizing the total delivered costs through managing, challenging, and optimizing the E2E Supply Chain with an effective IMSP process. As we onboard new businesses, this role would be part of the project implementation and where defined, the sustainability of any new business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor and review 18-month forecast from Nestle affiliate markets to ensure adherence to supply requirements.
  • Ensure an 18-month supply plan with producers is in place to satisfy customer needs, considering both the network complexity and supply constraints.
  • Maintain inventory between the min and max levels at each market to ensure supply and mitigate waste.
  • Create/monitor load plans and sales orders while coordinating booking requests 6-8 weeks in advance with customer service and int'l logistics to secure equipment and vessel(s).
  • Communicate annual container volumes to int'l logistics for yearly tender.
  • Calculate and track freshness at dispatch, and other relevant metrics with a focus on determining and acting on areas of improvement.
  • Participate and/or facilitate any weekly comms/supply review/MORs to align and control our processes cross-functionally.
  • Orchestrate conversations between producers & affiliates on a regular basis to review MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), frozen production period, and raw & packaging inventory levels to improve the supply performance.
  • Analyze and effectively communicate supply issues as they arise.
  • Develop and lead short-term projects related to cost savings initiatives, and other Ensure Supply objectives related to IMSP.
  • Ensure SAP/APO/OMP Master Data are maintained via functional teams related to materials, tlanes, lud, etc.
  • Supports team with new item launches & product exploration.
  • Supports other E-2-E activities where required.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Supply Chain function (e.g. Supply Planning, Demand Planning, IMSP, Vendor-Managed Inventory Planning, Factory Scheduling, etc)
  • Preferred: APICS (CPIM, CSCP, etc)
  • Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience preferred
  • Successfully progressed through one or several career steps within Supply Chain.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of export route to market

The approximate pay range for this position is $94,000- $110,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
