Location:Charlton, Massachusetts (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)

We're looking for a strategic thinker and data-driven storyteller to join our team as an Operations FP&A Business Partner. In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to drive performance, uncover insights, and shape the future of our operations.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Performance:Design and track KPIs, communicate results, and foster accountability across operations.
  • Lead Planning Cycles:Own budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Deliver Insights:Provide clear, actionable analysis to guide operational and financial decisions.
  • Enhance Tools & Processes:Continuously improve reporting systems and planning tools.
  • Support Strategy:Build business cases and scenario models to support investments and long-term planning.
  • Be a Connector:Translate complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels.

What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or operations finance, ideally in manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Strong grasp of cost accounting, budgeting cycles, and operational metrics.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in manufacturing finance and capital investment analysis.
  • Proven success in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong storytelling skills-turning data into strategic insights.

Additional Info
