Overview:
The Closing Manager is responsible for overseeing the closing process for a variety of mortgage loan products, including GSE, FHA, VA, and conventional loans. This role ensures timely and accurate preparation of closing documents, manages team performance, and maintains compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage closing activities for assigned mortgage loan products. * Oversee the preparation of initial and final Closing Disclosures and closing packages. * Monitor team performance and drive production goals. * Develop and implement training programs for closing staff. * Foster strong relationships with internal business partners. * Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the closing process. * Maintain compliance with TRID regulations and investor requirements. * Perform additional duties as assigned. * Promote and model behaviors aligned with company culture and values. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. * Minimum 5 years of mortgage closing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong understanding of TRID rules, investor requirements, and regulatory standards. * Experience in loan closing and funding; title experience is a plus. * Proficiency in Encompass and other mortgage software systems. * Excellent customer service, data entry, and administrative skills. * Ability to lead and support a high-performing team. * Passion for helping customers achieve financial and homeownership goals. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $33.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
