POSITION SUMMARY

Stratton Mountain Club Shuttle Drivers are an important division of our resort team, transporting our members, guests and employees to the Stratton Mountain Club, resort parking lots, and designated employee housing locations. The SMC Shuttle Drivers are an extension of the resort brand and are vital in the role of creating extraordinary memories. This is a full-time seasonal position, compensated at $20.00/hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Transporting members, guests and employees to and from the Stratton Mountain Club. Pick up locations include member homes (located on mountain), designated employee housing locations, and resort parking lots
  • Answer questions for guests
  • Assist members with transporting winter sports equipment to and from the Club
  • Ensuring safety on shuttle
  • Additional duties as assigned


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required


Experience:
  • Previous shuttle driving, preferred


QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass driving record check
  • Must comply with all driver's license restrictions


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
