POSITION SUMMARY

The Concierge will assist club members in all areas of hospitality while delivering superior customer service and ensuring exceptional experiences. This is a full-time seasonal role, paid at $20.00/hr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Assists with all day-to day operations of the Stratton Mountain Club concierge desk
  • Ensure Stratton's high standards of service are being upheld at the concierge desk
  • Provide superior customer service while attending to member inquiries and requests
  • Operate proficiently in all IT POS systems
  • Create meal, transportation, and activity reservations for members and guests
  • Other duties as assigned


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Associates, or Bachelor's Degree, preferred


Experience:
  • 2+ years of high level experience in customer service, preferred
  • Previous front desk experience, preferred


QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Superior communication skills
  • Outstanding computer skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills a must
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, outgoing and reliable.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
