What is your impact?

The Manager of Finance Operations provides operational and client support to corporate accounts. Responsible for supporting monthly financial operations and specific client financial account needs.

In office required at 6535 SH-161 S, Irving Texas 75039

What Will You Be Doing:

MANAGEMENT OF STAFF:



  • Manage a team of Finance Analysts
  • Directly accountable for hiring and promoting from within WebTPA.
  • Provides direction and coaching on performance of AMCS and their teams (direct and indirect reports).
  • Conducts 1:1 meetings for updates and performance appraisals.
  • Issues disciplinary measures in partnership with HR.


MANAGEMENT OF PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES



  • Manages and configures financial flows for new clients.
  • Supervises and approves invoices and vendor payment runs.
  • Manages escheatment and unclaimed property processing.


MAINTAIN CLIENT AND VENDOR ACCOUNTS



  • Opens and monitors bank accounts for clients.
  • Manages and set up client rate configurations used for billing.
  • Develops and maintains invoicing databases for monthly vendor.


REPORTING AND ANALYSIS



  • Produces ad hoc reporting and analysis for clients, Executive Team, and Account Management.
  • Analyzes and assesses process and makes recommendations for improvement within the department.


What You Must Have:



  • 4+ years related work experience
  • 2+ years direct supervisory/management experience
  • Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Advanced level experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Access.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Extremely driven, ability to self-manage, team oriented, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
