Role Overview: The Full Stack Engineering Lead will report to our DevSecOps Center for Enablement (C4E) working on emerging technologies that deliver a high degree of business value (AI based solutions, advanced automation, advanced data processing, management). As part of a diverse technical team, you will gain deep knowledge of our various business domains to understand the problems/opportunities, overall experience considerations, and business outcomes to develop innovative solutions aligning to enterprise standards, patterns and best practices while redefining boundaries to advance our leadership position. What You'll Do:
What You'll Bring: Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or combined job experience and certifications in lieu of college degrees are also acceptable. Eight or more years of full stack architecture experience including AI/GenAI Solid Experience with architecture, engineering and governance Experience with UI/UX design Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch etc.) Proven expertise in front-end technologies (ReactJS, Angular, JavaScript etc.) and back-end technologies (Java, Spring boot, Node.js, C# etc.) Experience with Python, R, Java, Langchain Experience with Vector Databases, Knowledge graph Experience with Agile development methodologies, DevSecOps and CI/CD Good knowledge of Infrastructure as code e.g., Terraform. Experience in Cloud computing, preferably with AWS In-dept understanding of architectural patterns, principles, and frameworks. Strong technical background in key technology stacks; application platforms, infrastructure, database storage and streaming, APIs and Microservices Knowledgeable in GenAI models, prompt engineering, Agentic AI Firsthand technical implementation experience Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations. Desired Qualifications: Experience in end-to-end AI solutions such as vector databases, data preprocessing and ingestion along with AI development and deployment platforms Experience implementing enterprise platforms such as content management, low code platforms, app builders. Knowledgeable in security protocols Preferred financial industry experience. Pay Transparency Salary Range:$122,500-$210,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
