ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Sr. Vice President Marketing leads the development and execution of Inspire's core marketing strategy and shapes how we connect with the people who rely on us to improve lives through better sleep - both patients and medical professional customers. This role is responsible for setting the vision, development, and implementation all aspects of marketing with a deep understanding of the needs of all stakeholders, in conjunction with all regulatory and compliance requirements. This leader is pivotal in driving the company's growth and delivering on its primary performance objectives by ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with the market needs and company's business strategy. This leader ensures the voice of our patients and medical professional customers are incorporated with empathy and insight across all aspects of our customer journey, collaborating with teams such as Product Development, Sales, and Patient Outcomes.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE




  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that build brand credibility and drive key stakeholder awareness, trust, engagement, and action at scale to fuel revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Oversee market research to identify patient and customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and market opportunities.
  • Oversee brand positioning and messaging that builds credibility while ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals.
  • Enable and empower sales and customer-facing commercial teams with compelling materials, messaging, and tools that drive conversion and retention.
  • Lead the creation and execution of patient-centric marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, regulatory affairs, quality and compliance to ensure marketing and customer strategies align with, support, and contribute to patient outcomes and business success.
  • Oversee corporate digital properties, including development and ongoing optimization of website design and content.
  • Oversee external strategic communications ensuring timely, relevant and value driven messaging for programs.
  • Manage marketing and media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Stay well-informed of competitive trends and industry best practices, identifying strategic opportunities and innovations.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards.



WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 15+ years related and progressive marketing experience and 5+ years of management experience.
  • 5+ years in Medical Technology or Healthcare Industry.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong track record in data driven digital marketing.
  • Experience scaling a marketing organization at a high growth company.
  • Experience working with highly cross functional teams, influencing without authority and driving alignment across diverse teams.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing and customer programs that have achieved measurable results.
  • Demonstrated ability leading engaged teams through high accountability, while prioritizing the development of talent and ensuring the team's culture aligns to Inspire's values.
  • In-depth understanding of patient needs, healthcare industry trends, and regulatory/compliance requirements.


Preferred:



  • 5+ years of consumer product and/or direct to consumer marketing experience.
  • 3+ years in direct sales experience.
  • MBA.

The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

$238,200 $350,000 USD
