POSITION SUMMARYThe Account Manager will work closely with our industry experts, experienced sales and client success teams, and product specialists to establish and execute growth strategies for our world-class clients, developing solution roadmaps that expand our partnerships.
The Account Manager should take a client-centric approach to develop a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and develop a corresponding solutions roadmap and executable sales and marketing strategies. While working with Customer Success to drive usage and adoption, they will be measured by their revenue coming from (1) Add-on, (2) Upsell, (3) Cross-sell, and (4) Expansion. Together with CX, they will share the responsibility for renewal. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
