The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for storage, inventory, and preparing products for delivery or shipment within our District warehouse. Responsible for operating basic warehouse equipment (such as forklifts and pallet jacks) while maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse. Warehouse Workers I are expected to follow company procedures and safety regulations while efficiently completing tasks to meet productivity goals. This position often requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keep warehouse in neat, orderly condition always. This includes general maintenance around the district facility.

  • Processes chemical tracer inventory to prepare for job materials.

  • Keep supervisor informed of inventory levels and product requirements.

  • Maintain location vehicles in good working order.

  • Maintain familiarity with all area client locations.

  • Maintain familiarity with all local oil and gas fields in area.

  • May deliver products to clients and co-workers as requested in timely, professional manner.

  • Stay current with and ensure all corporate and government regulations are met and adhered to.

  • Work in accordance with all safety regulations of the warehouse, achieving a totally work accident-free environment.

  • Adhere to local on-call schedule as required by supervisor.

  • Utilize necessary PPE.

  • Become familiar with and be able to perform maintenance on setting tools and other area specialized equipment.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 2 years' experience in a related field.

  • General knowledge of warehouse procedures preferred.

  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

  • Ability to work independently and together in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Skilled in setting and managing priorities to meet tight deadlines.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.

  • The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places.

  • The role requires working in close proximity to low level radioactive tracer material. This exposure is monitored through dosimeter badges worn on their body and reviewed monthly by the company's HSE department.(ProTechnics only)

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud.
