Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$17.34 - $21.67 / hour

The Dispatch Coordinator DME is responsible for managing the schedules, routing, and dispatching of drivers and vehicles to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods or services, while also maintaining excellent customer service.Rescheduling deliveries that were not completed the day before, contacting customer and updating customer service. Act as a central hub of communication, coordinating between customers, drivers, and other departments.Dispatch coordinator will also be required to fill in as a delivery driver as needed.

Other duties to include:

Equipment sanitization, cleaning, testing, repair and maintenance. Responsibilities include adherence to all company policies, FDA, CGA, DOT, AHCA, CMS, CHAP, and all other applicable guidelines. Maintains appropriate inventory levels in the warehouse to minimize or eliminate shortages or outages of product. Provides complete documentation of all receiving shipping, preventative maintenance, disinfection, sanitation, and repair of equipment. Maintains appropriate levels of repair parts, supplies, and shop tools to effectively perform the assigned responsibilities. Assist with yearly inventory count.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.Experience may be considered in lieu of education.

Experience: No experience required. Knowledge regarding durable medical equipment a plus.

Certification: N/A

License: Clean andValid Florida Drivers license required.
