Assembler

Location: Bedford, Pennsylvania

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  

STS Technical Services is hiring Assemblers in Bedford, Pennsylvania for a long-term, direct hire opportunity with a respected manufacturing company. • Assemble truck components, subassemblies, and accessories
  
• Install parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics using power tools and hand techniques
  
• Operate torch, plasma cutter, or grinder to shape and cut parts
  
• Follow detailed verbal and written instructions
  
• Use templates or measurements to position parts accurately
  
• Drill holes and lift/stack components (up to 40 lbs solo, 80 lbs team lift)
  
• Rotate between different assembly areas based on production needs
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  
• Work overtime and weekends when required
  

Basic Qualifications:

• 
  

  At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or general labor role

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  

  1+ year of hands-on experience in assembly or mechanical trades

  
  

Training Requirements:

• 
  

  On-the-job training provided
