Customer Service Representative, 1st Shift - North Fort Myers, FL

We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our North Fort Myers, FL team. You will assist our customers by processing orders, preparing correspondence, answering phones, and fulfilling customer inquiries with a goal of maintaining customer satisfaction.

You will:

  • Process sales orders received by mail, fax, or email, as well as handle inquiries via phone or email regarding products, orders, pricing, and customer relations and complaints.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, part ordering information, order shipment and invoice information.
  • Accurately enter purchase orders on the day they were received and adjust sales and work orders dates to meet customer needs.
  • Work with other departments such as production, shipping, quality, etc. for complaints, inquiries, delivery, service matters, and issues.
  • Work with the Accounts Receivable Department on customer payment issues and discrepancies and process debit/credit memos and returned goods authorizations as required.
  • Work with sister facilities to process, expedite, or delay sales transfer orders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 years of prior customer service experience
  • Must have 2 years of Salesforce software experience
  • Must be able to navigate through different software simultaneously, be organized, and be very familiar with Microsoft Office Suite software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer oriented - capable of effectively dealing with all levels of internal and external contacts
  • Strong planning and problem solving/analytical skills
  • Must be able to sit for longer periods of time

Compensation:

  • The hourly pay for this role is $18/hour. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Shift:

  • 1st Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
  • Overtime and possible weekends if needed
