Service Contract Administrator

Your main responsibilities

Position Summary: The Service Contract Administrator is responsible forreview and booking of all National Account contracts. Service contractrelated master data includes contract, customer, equipment, building andwork center assignment information. The SCA is also responsible for executing billing of service contracts, as well as any price adjustments andre-billing that are necessary due to customer requirements or contractchanges.
Position Duties:
Oversee new contract bookings and data integrity
Review contract document and enter data or audit data entered by local office.
Maintain files and documentation of all contract changes
Support the creation and update of service-related master data resulting from new
installation conversion and equipment modernization processes
Manage discounts, price escalation, cancellation of data
Booking process includes setting up maintenance billing and ensuring first bill goes out
correctly
Consistently maintain the integrity of customer contact master data.
Interact with field sales reps to and local office admins to ensure contract data integrity
Test system changes to applications to assure objectives are achieved.
Process credits and assist Collections with canceling and rebilling maintenance invoices
Assist with setting up special invoicing requirements

What you bring

Education: BA/BS preferred in general business or equivalent demonstratedknowledge and skills attained from work experience.
Experience: 2-4 years experience with interpretation of contract language,strong accounting background helpful.
Additional Skills: SAP/computer skills are required. Candidate also should possess strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills, strongattention to detail, and the ability to work/organize in a fast paced environment.
