Job OverviewAs a Senior Data Engineer for the Product Innovation Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and architectures that power data-driven products and insights. Working at the intersection of product and engineering, you will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. You'll be responsible for architecting and implementing robust data infrastructure to support data mone tization strategies, ensuring data is accessible, reliable, privacy compliant, and well-structured for advanced analytics and machine learning applications. As a Sr. Engineer, you will mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers to help develop and enhance our collective skill set. Experience in advertising or digital media is a strong plus, especially familiarity with data pipelines and architectures that support targeting, measurement, or optimization use cases. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
