Clinical Tech - Cardiovascular ICU - Contingent - Part Time - Days - Jackson, MI

DUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High school diploma or equivalent and at least one of the following:

• Current nursing student who has minimally completed two semesters or has graduated from a Registered Nurse program. LPN, EMT, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant program completion.

• Certification in Phlebotomy.

• Previous Clinical Tech experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to recognize differences in care of adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.
• Experience in an acute care setting, preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• Valid BLS certification or obtained during Patient Care Orientation.
