* *Trade Desk Representative
The Service Center is the main support hub for clients and partners, emphasizing a culture of client-focused service and high ethical standards. The Trade Desk Representative role involves supporting clients, employees, and partners by handling inbound calls, executing trades, processing money movements, correcting accounts, solving problems, monitoring reports, and advocating for clients in all situations. This role requires knowledge of brokerage and investment operations, as well as regulatory rules and reporting requirements. The Trade Desk Representative must accurately execute trades using the brokerage platform and/or ticketing system. A consultative approach is necessary to ensure requests from advisors and clients are met while adhering to industry and company regulations, policies, and procedures. As a Subject Matter Expert, the Trade Desk Representative will participate in various projects, including report monitoring, relationship development, training, documentation, and process improvement. *Responsibilities:* Provide exceptional service with a strong client focus. Maintain integrity and high ethical standards. Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Deliver superior customer service, diffusing situations and resolving conflicts amicably. Possess operational knowledge of investment products (e.g., mutual funds, variable annuities, wrap programs) Understand financial industry policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to trading. Collaborate in cross-functional teams for client support and issue resolution. Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities. * * *Value Provided:* Assist clients and advisors with trading strategies, executing trades, and processing money movements. Educate employees, clients, and partners on trading policies and procedures. Partner with Quality Management to resolve client concerns, involving direct client interaction and collaboration with support staff and external partners. Conduct thorough problem-solving to determine the best course of action for clients. Follow up with clients to provide status updates and close service requests. Document details of all client and advisor interactions *Qualifications:* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) required * * *Work Experience:* 2+ years in the brokerage industry or equivalent experience required. 1+ years of contact center experience preferred. 1+ years of experience in brokerage and investment trading preferred. *Certifications*: Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) required. *Work Environment* Hybrid, Monday & Friday : Remote, Tuesday-Thursday: On-Site, Open 7AM- 6PM, 4 start times and flexible, 9 hour shift and 1 hour lunch *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $63000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
