***Long term contract *Description* Our client is looking for a Project Manager to work on a Knowledge Management migration project. The client will be migrating legacy knowledge to the new ServiceNow platform. Candidates must be proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. There are roughly 50K articles that will need to be moved over to the new ServiceNow platform. The Project Manager will create a rough project plan to support this initiative. The group will be utilizing and leveraging a Gen AI tool to translate the 50K articles to the new format. There are 7 teams that have about 300 different Sharepoint or wiki site links to a data storage repository. The project manager will be responsible for coming up with a project plan and strategy for this initiative and managing it to completion. They will be using PowerPoint, excel, communicate and produce updates for Stake Holders and Data Analysts, they will be working with JIRA to submit spend. Looking for a seasoned PM with minimum 5 years supporting complex projects. Experience with ServiceNow is a plus. 3 days on site in Jersey City, may have flex to sit in NYC *Top Skills' Details* 1. Senior project manager with 7 plus years of experience managing complex projects to completion. Preferably with experience in enterprise level and financial environments. 2. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills 3. Experience in presenting to stakeholders. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* This role goes far beyond managing timelines and due dates. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the project strategy, coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups, and actively resolving issues to maintain forward momentum. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are critical for driving analytical insights, tracking progress, and maintaining transparency across program components. * Lead the discovery and documentation of business requirements across cross-functional teams * Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including milestones, resource needs, dependencies, and risks * Coordinate transformation and migration of legacy knowledge documents into the unified ServiceNow platform * Facilitate working sessions and issue resolution forums with technical, operational, and business support teams * Ensure alignment between platform capabilities (ServiceNow) and KM strategy through tight collaboration with internal owners * Deliver clear, data-driven updates and presentations to internal sponsors and executive stakeholders Required Qualifications * Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Expertise * Excel: Strong command of formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data models, and dashboard creation. * PowerPoint: Ability to build clear, compelling executive presentations that distill complex data into actionable narratives Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-haves): * 7+ years of project management experience leading large-scale knowledge management or document transformation projects * Familiarity with ServiceNow and enterprise knowledge base structures * Skilled in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $56.00 - $58.00/hr.
