Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PC Support Technician to join our team in Beloit, WI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and is eager to contribute to the development and optimization of IT support processes. Key Responsibilities: * Provide hands-on technical support for PC hardware and software issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures while demonstrating initiative in learning and adapting to new technologies and workflows. * Assist in designing and implementing PC build and deployment processes from the ground up. * Identify inefficiencies or gaps in current procedures and offer constructive feedback to improve operational effectiveness. * Maintain accurate documentation and retain critical information to support ongoing and future projects. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system migrations, installations, and upgrades. * Deliver exceptional customer service in both remote and in-person support scenarios. Required Skills & Experience: * Proven experience in PC troubleshooting, imaging, and deployment. * Familiarity with help desk support tools and ticketing systems. * Strong understanding of desktop environments, operating systems, and common software applications. * Ability to follow complex instructions with precision and consistency. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with system migrations and hardware installations. * Interest or background in process improvement and workflow optimization. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP) are a plus but not required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
