About the Opportunity

As part of the Integration Management Office team, you will, as the Integration Project Manager, you will support the Head of the Integration Management Office (IMO) in managing and executing integration activities following an acquisition, or other large-scale transformation. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional efforts, track progress against integration milestones, support communications, and ensure alignment between workstreams and strategic objectives. Professionals best suited for this opportunity are highly efficient, meticulous, and result-driven professional with a proactive approach in their work.

What you'll do



  • Program Coordination:

    Support the overall planning, execution, and tracking of integration initiatives across workstreams (e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Operations, etc.).
  • Project Management Support:

    Develop and maintain integration plans, timelines, trackers, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and dashboards.
  • Meeting Management:

    Prepare materials, agendas, and notes for key IMO and workstream meetings. Facilitate follow-up on action items.
  • Stakeholder Communication:

    Assist in preparing executive summaries, updates, and internal communications for various stakeholder groups.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    Aggregate status updates from various workstreams, analyze progress against KPIs, and identify areas of risk or misalignment.
  • Tool & System Management:

    Maintain and optimize project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or others). Assist in setting up templates and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison:

    Act as a central point of contact between IMO leadership and functional teams, ensuring information flow and accountability.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Identify and implement improvements in IMO processes and templates for efficiency and scalability.


What experience you bring (Role Requirements)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in project/program management, consulting, M&A integration, or PMO/IMO environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience in working on Technology and Product focused integrations
  • High attention to detail, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.



Preferred experience



  • Previous experience supporting M&A integrations or transformational programs.
  • Understanding of change management principles.
  • Familiarity with corporate development, strategy, or post-merger integration (PMI) frameworks.
  • Experience working with healthcare Payment Integrity companies and healthcare technology companies is a plus

Pay range: $110,000-$150,000 USD

This is an exempt position. The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
