Genesis10 is seeking a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist for a 24-month contract position in Charlotte, NC.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, core business hours. Will work on a hybrid schedule (In office: Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday). Compensation: $30.16 per hour. JOB DESCRIPTION: This contractor will be supporting day-to-day operations for Lending fulfillment as part of the document preparation team. This team is responsible for creating documentation that secures the lien that the bank is taking on the property. This opening is due to an update in the location strategy. DUTIES: This Team will be working closely with front office bankers to document commercial real estate and non-real estate doc packages. They will be responsible for partnering with the front office to collect information needed to complete due diligence. This includes insurance, flood, environmental, title work, appraisals, etc. TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:
