Staffmark is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Technician to support our client's operations in Harbor City, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. Keep reading to learn more and apply today!

Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Support and complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Operate machinery when maintenance duties are not required.
  • Follow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPs; report any safety or compliance concerns.
  • Perform general facility maintenance, including construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and system monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and assist with facility planning and budget tracking.
  • Manage tools and inventory while participating in regular cleaning and safety inspections.




Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in facilities and equipment maintenance with strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
  • Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and using maintenance tracking software.
  • Familiar with safety standards, test reports, and preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
