Requirements: High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain before start) Familiarity with warehouse operations, basic inventory handling, and safety procedures Comfortable operating sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts Ability to read and interpret work orders, labels, and safety instructions Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack products and materials Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and equipment damage Read and interpret order sheets, labels, and inventory instructions Move materials to correct locations within the warehouse or staging areas Perform equipment checks and report any issues to supervisors Assist with general warehouse tasks such as sorting, labeling, or packing as needed Work closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow direction from leads and supervisors while maintaining efficiency and accuracy Support team operations to ensure smooth shipping, receiving, and storage processes Join a Team That Works for You At Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing company-we're your career partner.
