Are you an experienced finance professional skilled in managing customer incentive programs that boost growth and protect margins? Staffmark's partner in Middletown, NY, is hiring a Programs Finance Manager to lead and optimize rebate, commission, and incentive programs for scalable profitability. If you excel at financial analysis and cross-team collaboration, this role is a great fit.

Salary: $100,000-$125,000 + 10% Bonus Plan

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In this role, you'll design, implement, and manage customer rebate and incentive programs that protect margins and drive profitability. You'll oversee the entire program lifecycle-from setup to payout and reconciliation-ensuring accuracy and scalability. Working closely with Sales and Pricing teams, you'll align incentive structures with pricing strategies to prevent profit erosion. You'll also create reports, dashboards, and financial models to monitor performance and guide strategic decisions. As a key liaison between Finance, Sales, Pricing, and Operations, you'll help ensure seamless program execution while driving process improvements, automation, and strong internal controls to minimize financial and operational risk.

What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years managing customer incentive programs.
  • Strong knowledge of margin management and profitability.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP, CRM, and BI tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
