We're partnering with a leading wood manufacturing company in Dothan, AL, to find motivated individuals for a Production Associate role. This temp-to-hire position is perfect for someone who wants to learn new skills and grow in a stable, supportive environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Pay: $15/hour

Requirements: Must be able to read a tape measure and confidently use power tools

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Work as part of a collaborative production team in a woodworking environment
  • Use sanding tools, hand tools, and apply epoxy/glue to meet product finish standards
  • Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, or help with sorting lumber as needed
  • Keep your work area neat, organized, and safe
  • Always follow safety rules and wear proper protective gear
  • Support health and safety guidelines throughout the facility
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed
