Quality Assistant

Staffmark is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assistant Inspector to join a growing team in Lynchburg, OH. If you have strong data entry skills, a keen eye for detail, and are ready to support quality operations in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and final PCB and cable assemblies
• Compile and maintain quality control reports
• Assist with identifying non-conforming materials and processing RMAs
• Support the Quality Manager in upholding workmanship and ISO standards
• Enter data accurately and maintain inspection records
• Assist the ISO Management Representative as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Global Shop software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
