Lead Provisioning Analyst

Position Summary:
If you enjoy solving puzzles, organizing chaos into clean systems, and digging into the details, you might be our next Lead Provisioning Analyst. This isn't your typical desk job - you'll collaborate with engineers, vendors, and government clients to bring complex technical data to life in the form of clear, accurate spare parts lists and manuals. You'll also help guide a team to deliver high-quality work that meets tough standards and tight deadlines - and still manage to have a little fun along the way.

What You'll Do:
* Dive into engineering drawings, BOMs, change notices, and technical data to collect and organize critical information
* Lead the creation of RPSTLs and IPBs that make even the most complex systems understandable
* Connect with vendors and internal teams to hunt down the details you need
* Review illustrations and diagrams to ensure accuracy and clarity
* Screen part numbers against national stock numbers and support cataloging efforts
* Occasionally travel to customer or government sites to gather on-the-ground insights
* Communicate regularly with program managers, team members, and clients
* Coach and support teammates to meet project goals and grow in their roles
* Help improve our internal processes and documentation practices
* Jump in on proposals, estimates, and anything else that supports project success
* Keep quality high and deadlines in check, even when things get fast-paced

What You Bring:
* High school diploma or GED required; a technical degree or equivalent experience is a plus
* At least 5 years of experience developing spare parts lists and documentation
* Solid understanding of provisioning software like SLIC, SLICwave, or PowerLog
* Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat skills
* Experience working with engineering data, illustrations, and change documentation
* Comfortable leading projects and mentoring team members
* Great communication skills and the ability to stay organized when things get busy
* Military maintenance or logistics experience is a bonus
* Valid driver's license preferred (you might occasionally hit the road)
* Must be eligible to obtain a Government/military common access card if needed

Work Environment:
* Office-based role
* Occasionally may visit shop areas or customer locations to gather information
* Some overtime or weekend work may be required during peak project times
* Less than 10% travel expected

Benefits:
* Flexible scheduling
* Unlimited PTO
* Office-based (no hybrid)
* Health/Dental/Vision Insurance with company-paid allowance
* Retirement plan (401K) - plus, we're an ESOP company (Employee Owned!)

What You May Have Done in the Past:
* Worked as a provisioning analyst, technical writer, or logistics documentation specialist
* Served in the military in a maintenance or supply chain role
* Led technical documentation or data-driven projects
* Worked in the aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries
