About the Role

We are recruiting for a Digital Product Director to support the ec2 solutions business line

The Digital Product Director role is a strategic position responsible for leading the build and optimization of digital products within the Mirion Nuclear Medicine software portfolio to ensure our solutions support the evolving needs of our business, integrated technologies, and customers. The role is responsible for the overall product roadmap and works closely with cross-functional teams to implement tech solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Duties:



  • Co-create with the VP Digital Products, the strategy and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products across the Nuclear Medicine business line, using Mirion Business System.
  • Develop deployment plans that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, improved product experience, and compliance across the entire software product portfolio.
  • Coordinate user research and usability studies, collaborating with other product managers across the Mirion business lines.
  • Create a software product vision (short- and long-term) and convert it to a concrete strategy.
  • Responsible for entire lifecycle management for all portfolio products including rationalization of existing products and introduction of modern solutions.
  • Follow Mirion stage gate processes and provide continuous feedback for process improvement with a focus on greater flexibility to accelerate innovation.
  • Align on minimum viable product solutions to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities.
  • Partner with Technologies Business VPs and the Digital Innovation Group (DIG) to build roadmaps that reflect the company's broader portfolio
  • Create business models and pricing strategies that accelerate monetization of solutions.
  • Oversee requirements of discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
  • Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
  • Work with Marketing communication to ensure commercial launch plans are sufficient to message and ensure differentiation from competitors.
  • Develop commercial launch strategy for expanding to new markets, including product and launch strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement.



Essential Requirements




  • Five to seven years of experience in digital product management or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, business case creation, and negotiating skills.
  • Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems.
