JOB SUMMARY/GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Sr Reset Vendor Coordination Analyst will manage reporting and billing accuracy with third-party vendor, suppliers, and McLane. Consolidate reset data, ensure timely reporting, and develop efficient billing processes. Initiate, coordinate, and ensure completion of customer reset projects with McLane Sales and third-party vendor, aligning implementation guidelines with McLane standards, controlling expenses, and facilitating reset billing procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Collaborate with third-party vendor to consolidate reset reporting data.
* Review, verify, and accurately report vendor-provided information.
* Design and implement efficient billing processes between McLane and suppliers.
* Identify and implement improvements in reporting and billing workflows.
* Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
* Document all processes and communications thoroughly.
* Attend internal meetings to evaluate customer requests, project scope, schedules, and plan vendor responsibilities.
* Meet with Sales team and vendor to ensure clear, aligned expectations for customer reset projects.
* Support audits of vendor activities through store tours and reporting to resolve issues and identify improvements.
* Maintain communication with customers, vendor, sales team, and management, offering timely feedback on projects.
* Manage the supply budget for on-site materials, communicating needs clearly with vendor.
* Execute and monitor customer project billback opportunities, ensuring accurate final reporting.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or related field.
* Two or more years of grocery/convenience retail merchandising experience.
* Strong focus on precision, efficiency, and promptness is essential.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
* Continuous improvement mindset.
* Ability to take initiative and to work independently.
* Detail-oriented.
* Possess planning, organizing and communication skills.
* Be creative and flexible.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
* Ability to travel as requested including overnight travel and weekends.
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, intra-company memos and outside correspondence.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, vendors, and teammates.
* Possess strong analytical and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
* Office environment.
* Occasional travel, including overnight and weekends.
