Join Staffmark as we seek motivated individuals to fill a role as a Process Technician with our esteemed client in Greeneville, TN! This is a direct hire opportunity, with the potential for career and financial growth on the horizon!

Schedule: 11:00pm - 7:00am, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $22 - $35/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Set up, start up, and fine-tune injection molding machines
  • Perform mold & color changes with minimal downtime
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues using scientific/decoupled molding
  • Lead scrap reduction and process improvements
  • Partner with teams across Quality, Tooling, and Engineering
  • Train and mentor team members; step in as Team Lead when needed




Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of injection molding experience.
  • Strong mechanical/problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in Mold Setter II role (or combination with external experience).
  • Experience with injection molding machines. Experience with setting up and fundamental understanding of processing to include: water, material, tool understanding (cores, hot tips, and hydraulic cores, etc.).
