  • Project Management: The analyst participates in analyzing tickets and requests to identify the need for project-based work. They lead or investigate and resolve complex tickets or requests that cross-supported applications or encompass a broader process. The analyst performs advanced configuration or customization to address business or clinical needs, incorporating significant edits, new functionality, and numerous cross-application integrations.
  • Implementation and Integration: The analyst manages the implementation of supported core application changes with third-party vendors and/or internal proprietary applications to ensure integration. They research and analyze the functionality of vendor and internally developed applications, assessing integration requirements and recommending changes or customizations as necessary.
  • Mentorship and Feedback: As a subject matter expert, the analyst provides feedback to management on policies, procedures, and best practices. They mentor team members and manage project work to ensure completion according to schedule.
