The Program Manager, IKC Clinical Programs, will be a key contributor in DaVita's efforts to provide integrated care to patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage kidney disease (ESKD).

This teammate will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of projects that will provide operational and executive administration support to senior leadership, cultivate strong physician relationships in local markets, and promote collaboration through project management techniques.

Other activities may include quantitative or qualitative analysis, presentations, and ad hoc special projects that materialize frequently in a rapidly changing, innovative market.

The successful candidate for this role will have a driven attitude, solid organizational skills with great written and verbal communication, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners. This teammate will thrive in a highly dynamic, cross-functional, and matrixed team environment, motivated by the achievement of making a direct impact on kidney patients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Program Management & Local Operations support

Partner with others to work on complex, high-priority work streams, including the execution of projects for self and team, communication of progress to senior leadership, and other stakeholders

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration, coordinating with central business functions and operational teams nationwide.

  • Monitor project metrics, track progress, prepare presentations, and communicate updates to senior leadership.

  • Create accountability mechanisms and visibility across teams to ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and revenue targets.

  • Craft and deliver internal/external communications and presentations that align with project objectives.

  • Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, including agenda setting, logistics, and action item follow-up.

  • Adapts to change in priorities, scope, and direction, remaining flexible with the ability to navigate ambiguous organizational or industry circumstances

  • Develop and communicate project scopes, timelines, resource requirements, and measurable goals.

  • Develop trusted relationships with physicians, clinical partners, and dialysis center staff to strengthen engagement and collaboration.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for physician inquiries, feedback, and strategic needs.

  • Plan and coordinate physician meetings and engagement activities, ensuring alignment and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a combination of program/project management, strategic planning, consulting, or operational leadership roles, ideally within healthcare, physician networks, or integrated care environments.

  • Strong experience working with physicians or clinical teams is highly desirable.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The Salary Range for the role is $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year.
