Description Execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract and schedule candidates using various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools. Collaborate with local branch teams to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruiting process. Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates, assess their qualifications and interest, and provide timely scheduling with branch leaders. Participate in ongoing recruiter training and development to enhance your ability to identify and select qualified candidates. Additional Skills & Qualifications Detail oriented individuals with the ability to follow written and verbal instruction. Practical communication skills with an emphasis on building relationships while in a work from home setting. Strong problem solving skills Time management and efficiency to accomplish multiple priorities to meet required deadlines Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
