Role: OpenText Exstream Developer/Designer Location: Hybrid in Pasadena, CA Description We're seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Designer/Engine specialist to architect, build and maintain high-volume, cloud-native Customer Communications Management (CCM) forms and templates. You'll collaborate with business analysts, developers and QA to gather requirements, design flow models and implement scalable, maintainable Exstream solutions. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop and deploy Exstream templates and forms using OpenText Exstream Cloud Native (CN) Designer and Engine Designer * Create and optimize flow models and contexts for CCM orchestration * Migrate and upgrade legacy Exstream applications to Cloud-Native architecture * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Exstream solutions * Develop Unix/Linux shell scripts to automate build, deploy and monitoring tasks * Integrate Exstream outputs with Java-based or Python-based microservices (advantageous) * Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning Additional Skills & Qualifications * 5+ years' hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (v16, v22 or higher), including Cloud Native Designer & Engine * Proven track record building CCM templates and forms in a cloud-native Exstream environment * Strong Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting skills * Solid Java development; Python experience is a plus * Understanding of API integration and microservices architecture * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr.
