Staffmark is partnering with a leading manufacturer in Fayetteville, AR
to hire a Quality Engineer for a full-time, first-shift opportunity. This role plays a key part in reducing rework, improving product quality, and supporting engineering and production teams. If you're a detail-driven problem solver with a background in electronics manufacturing, we want to hear from you!

Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000+ annually

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Be Doing



  • Eliminate rework by analyzing data and customer feedback to drive quality improvements
  • Lead and manage the internal audit process to maintain ISO and AS9100 compliance
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues using structured problem-solving tools (8D, 7D, CCAR, etc.)
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing quality plans and ensuring standards are met
  • Interface with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are understood and met
  • Generate and analyze quality data reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare documentation such as PPAP, control plans, PFMEA, and quality instructions
  • Maintain supplier ratings and audit processes to support certifications and customer standards



What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and ISO quality standards
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
  • Six Sigma certification is a strong plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
