We are looking for aSenior Pricing Manager to join Anaplan's growing pricing team. This role will be responsible for operationalizing pricing and packaging strategies across the full Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle. As part of the product team, your mission is to ensure that pricing design decisions are translated into scalable, field-ready solutions that empower our customers, internal stakeholders, and systems to support business growth. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Launch, GTM Operations, Legal, and Finance to bring new pricing to market in a way that is efficient, compliant, and easy to execute.

This role is ideal for someone who brings deep experience in pricing operations or Q2C process management, combined with a strong product mindset and an appreciation for the complexity of software monetization. Reporting to the director of pricing, you will play a key role in bridging strategic pricing decisions with hands-on implementation. From maintaining core pricing assets to enabling the quoting infrastructure and rollout process, your work will help ensure that pricing changes land successfully with both internal teams and customers, supporting scalable growth and product innovation at Anaplan.

Your Impact



  • Pricing implementation - partner with the Product Launch team to translate approved pricing & packaging updates into every step of the Quote-to-Cash workflow, ensuring a seamless roll-out.
  • Cross-functional coordination - align Product Management, Finance, GTM Ops, Legal, and Revenue Recognition teams to execute pricing proposals on time and in full compliance.
  • Pricing collateral stewardship - own the central library of Highspot materials, picing release roadmap and SKU release catalogs so all stakeholders always reference the most current pricing materials.
  • Sales enablement - design and deliver training, playbooks, and quoting tools that empower sales team and partners to price and packaging deals accurately and confidently.
  • Best-practice documentation - document and maintain pricing playbooks, pricing launch templates, and knowledge-base articles that codify industry standards and internal policies.
  • Continuous process improvement - identify and implement enhancements that streamline pricing and licensing operations, boosting speed, accuracy, and scalability.


Your Qualifications



  • Minimum 8 years of experience in pricing operations, GTM operations, or project management roles within a SaaS or enterprise software environment, with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's degree; or 3 years with a PhD; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes and systems (e.g., Salesforce and other CRM platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and execute on tight deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise software commercial models.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience launching new pricing or packaging models in global B2B SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with licensing models and SKU management in complex software portfolios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and project management tools.


Base Salary Range:
$125,000 $170,000 USD
