What you will be doing... Your IMPACT



  • Supervises the Accounts Receivable process to minimize past due, improve customer and commercial relationships, and improve company cash position.
  • Responsible for reviewing new customer credit evaluations, analyzes existing customers, and recommends corrective measures to reduce company financial risk.
  • Monitors credit reporting for all customers by analyzing financial changes, reports, and updates through online credit platform.
  • Responsible for supervision of daily cash and debt management operations.
  • Oversees pay cycles, processing of daily wire transfers and ACH disbursements, and participates in ongoing discussions with banking partners.
  • Monitors positive pay reporting and troubleshoots failed transmissions with Team Members.
  • Develops monthly cash forecasts related to Accounts Receivable collections, summarizes weekly AR data to the commercial group, and leads quarterly senior management discussions.
  • Responsible for month-end reporting to support Leadership.
  • Leads Team Members who handle receivables, daily banking, and P-Cards along with leading company initiatives dealing with banking partners, auditors, etc.



What we are looking for...

You will need to have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ Years of Treasury or Credit/Collections experience is preferred. Experience leading Team Members is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills preferred.
  • Technical and Financial expertise and strong conflict resolution skills preferred.
  • Knowledge around continuous improvement or lean concepts is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office software, Oracle, and other financial systems is a plus.
