About US

Capital Bank (NASDAQ: CBNK) is not your average financial institution. Founded in 1999, we've grown from a community bank into a national, multi-modal financial platform. We serve entrepreneurs, homebuyers, and everyday consumers through three business lines: commercial banking, mortgage lending, and OpenSky, our digital credit fintech.

We also operate Windsor Advantage, a leading SBA and USDA loan service provider, supporting business owners nationwide. Fueled by an entrepreneurial mindset, we believe that capital-both financial and human-is the engine that powers communities. That belief has helped us grow and innovate across products, markets, and industries.
