What to Expect The Civil Heavy Equipment Operator will work closely with members of the Construction Management, Site Supervision, and Safety teams to support civil construction projects from site preparation through project completion. The Civil Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards, all while contributing to project timelines and operational efficiency.
