Summary:
Our client is searching for a Business Analyst for our Business Application Support Team. BA support for the Business Application Support Manager with Project PLANT Customer Transition work
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide BA support for Business Application Support Manager
- Customer Collaboration
- Gather requirements from SME
- Ability to analyze current processes and translate into future state processes
- Communicate system updates to customers and provide training as requested, enabling clients to leverage new functionality fully
Key Experience(s) -
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst
- Understanding of Agile (SCRUM) practices
- Story writing in Agile formats
- Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews
- Customer correspondence
- Credit Bureau Reporting
Key Skill(s):
- Good communicator, both written and verbal
- Well organized
- Attention to detail
- Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand
- Expertise in consumer lending rules
- Analytical

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $60-$70/Hr.
