Your Role

As an Accounting Operations Intermediate in Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for daily operational tasks such as processing manual check and reissue requests, validating that required approvals have been secured, and responding to customer inquiries. You will also provide invoices, expenses, and vendor maintenance processing support to users and stakeholders. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for this role.

Your Knowledge and Experience



  • Requires a high school diploma or GED
  • Requires at least 1 year of related professional experience in operational areas such as Accounts Payable, Cash Disbursing, or Customer Service
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced environments managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Concur and Oracle expense, invoice, and/or vendor maintenance processing experience is desirable
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Access for database maintenance preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and basic accounting knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
